What you get

Stop scrolling the tracker to find what has lapsed

Everything that has lapsed, on one board

Expired, due in 30 days, due in 31 to 60 days, and missing, counted for you and sorted with the most urgent first.

Your spreadsheet, as it is

One row per supplier or one row per document, South African date formats, headings in any order. Check the columns once and you're done.

A chase list in one click

Download everything expired or expiring within 60 days, with contact emails, ready to send round or paste into your own emails.

How it works

From your tracker to the board in about two minutes

01

Paste or open your tracker

Copy the rows from Excel or Google Sheets, or open the file. Nothing is uploaded.

02

Check the columns

We guess which column is the supplier, the document and the expiry date. Fix any guess in one tap.

03

See what has expired

The board shows what has lapsed and what's coming up in the next 60 days.

Questions

Do I need to sign up?
No. Open the checker, paste your tracker and you'll see the board straight away. There is no account to create.
Is my supplier list uploaded anywhere?
No. KeptValid reads your file in your browser and keeps the list on this device. Supplier names, emails and dates are never sent to us.
Which documents does it track?
Anything in your tracker with an expiry date. It recognises B-BBEE certificates and sworn affidavits, tax compliance status PINs, COIDA letters of good standing, insurance, company registration and bank letters by the names people usually give them, and keeps your own names for everything else.
What will it cost?
The checker is free. When saving and reminders open, the Free plan covers up to 10 suppliers and Pro covers up to 150 for R1,490 a month, with founding prices for the first 25 companies.
Who makes it?
KeptValid is made in Johannesburg by Tov Digital (Pty) Ltd. Questions go to hello@keptvalid.co.za, and the person who answers is the person who builds it.
